Club Space (Room 260) is located on the second floor of the University Community Centre (UCC) and is available to book for your next meeting, rehearsal (dance/theatre), presentation, or speaker event. The space also serves as a student drop-in area during the day.

Room Details
Availability
Available Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, excluding holidays and USC and Western closures. Weekend and later evening bookings are considered on a case by case basis.
Food & Catering
Catering is available through The Wave Catering Department. No outside catering is permitted unless approved in the Food & Catering Policy and/or by The Wave.
Audio/Video
Wireless connection support is provided through the Airtame app, allowing for convenient audio and video functionality during your event.
Capacity
Capacity includes up to 60 for activities with no seating or 40 with seating.

Booking Procedure
Applications must be submitted at least 5 working days before the requested date. Usage of the space is limited to 2 bookings per week. Please review the policies and guidelines as well as the handbook before starting your booking.
