Room Details
Audio/Video
A technician is required for A/V use, with setup, event, and teardown fees. Standard equipment includes a projector, podium, and microphone. Extra A/V needs will incur additional charges. For details, please refer to the handbook.
Availability
Available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, excluding holidays and USC and Western closures. Weekend and later evening bookings are considered on a case by case basis.
Food & Catering
Catering is available through The Wave Catering Department. No outside catering is permitted unless approved in the Food & Catering Policy and/or by The Wave.
Capacity
Capacity includes theatre seating for up to 392, with 249 on the main floor and 143 in the balcony.

Booking Procedure
Applications must be submitted at least 14 working days before the requested date. The space is available only for standalone/one-off events and is not available for recurring events (daily, weekly, or monthly). Please review the policies and guidelines as well as the handbook before starting your booking.
