Executive Overview: The face of the USC is your Student Executive. The President is elected each February by you to serve the needs of all undergraduate students at Western. Your Vice President External Affairs and Vice President University Affairs are elected by council to supervise and support the various advocacy efforts of the USC. There are three hired positions on the student executive; each of them works closely with the other members of the executive to fulfill the goals of the USC, while continuing to supervise their own specific portfolios. Each of these former Mustangs serves a 13 month term in office from May to the following June, with May acting as a transitional month for the incoming Executive. VP Orientation and Programming: The Vice President, Orientation and Programming works to provide programming and events that enhance the educational experience of undergraduate students of Western. This position has direct oversight over the Orientation program and collaborates with partners at Western University to welcome first year students to the Western community. Through their portfolio of five AVPs and Coordinators, their team will execute educational and awareness based programming as well as large and small scale social events for students. Executive Overview: The face of the USC is your Student Executive. The President is elected each February by you to serve the needs of all undergraduate students at Western. Your Vice President External Affairs and Vice President University Affairs are elected by council to supervise and support the various advocacy efforts of the USC. VP Student Engagement: The Vice President of Student Engagement acts as the primary liaison between the student body and the USC, ensuring student voices drive organizational decision-making and programming. In this position, the VP SE will regularly meet with students and attend events to gather feedback and communicate it to staff to inform USC strategies and operations. Collaborating with the USC executive team and the Student Engagement portfolio, they design engagement strategies, amplify the USC’s story through branding initiatives, and ensure all efforts reflect the evolving needs and interests of the diverse student body. USC Productions

The Productions  Crew is responsible for setting up and operating a wide range of audiovisual equipment and furnishings, providing hands-on support and staffing for all events presented by the USC.
