The University Students’ Council executive team is pleased by the direction and approach Western University is taking to ensure the health and safety of our campus community.
The vaccine policy announcement shared this evening is essential information for students to consider as we begin planning a return to campus.
We look forward to learning more about Western’s proof of vaccination and testing plans. In the meantime, we will continue to listen and amplify the student voice on this important issue.
We encourage students to get vaccinated, if it’s the right choice for them, to prevent outbreaks, and stop the spread of COVID-19 and its dangerous variants. Western’s on-campus vaccination and testing centre is now open. Visit uwo.ca/coronavirus for more information.
