Availability
By filling out the event space request form, our team will work with you to secure a date, and coordinate your specific event details.
Capacity
Capacity includes up to 885 standing or 600 with theatre seating. Banquet setups and seminar configurations vary. For specific details and additional setup options, please refer to the handbook.
Food & Catering
Catering is available through The Wave Catering Department. No outside catering is permitted unless approved in the Food & Catering Policy and/or by The Wave.
Lounge Dressing Room
A 15ft x 15ft dressing room is available with any booking in the Mustang Lounge West. It is equipped with mirrors, lights, a sink, and a refrigerator.
Audio/Video Support
A technician is required for A/V use, with labor fees for the event, setup, and teardown. The cost will be quoted based on the event type and required support. For more details, please refer to the handbook.
Audio/Video
The room includes a large projector, three screens, and five TVs. It features a lighting rig with a mirror ball, moving head lights, strobes, and LED bars. The PA system consists of dual 21” subwoofers, powered monitors, and mixing consoles. For more details, please refer to the handbook.
Mustang Lounge East
The Mustang East Lounge is a designated student lounge and is not available to reserve for events. Large event requests for the use of both the West lounge and East lounge will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and subject to labour charges to remove the existing furnishings.
Resources
Booking Procedure
Applications must be submitted at least 14 working days before the requested date. The space is available only for standalone/one-off events and is not available for recurring events (daily, weekly, or monthly). Please review the policies and guidelines as well as the handbook before starting your booking.
