About Us
Mission
The USC InfoSource is a student service hub that is operated by the University Students’ Council (USC). The USC InfoSource has a history of providing efficient service with updated information and knowledge of events on campus. We provide general Western information and directions, curbside pickup, club finance, promotional and event space bookings within the University Community Center (UCC) through USC Reservations, retail services (custom clothing, locker rentals, event tickets), UCC occupant mail, and Health Plan information.Â
Services
Information
Located on the main floor of the University Community Centre (UCC), the USC InfoSource provides students and visitors updated information about the USC and its services, programs and events as well as Western’s campus and community as a whole.
USC Reservations
USC Reservations books promotional and commercial space, meeting and activity rooms and large and small event space in the UCC. We service USC and Western Affiliated Organizations as well as student and off-campus vendors and commercial and non-profit organizations. We can help you plan and execute a variety of bookings and events.
Health and Dental Plan
Health and dental plans are included in your first tuition instalment for full-time undergraduate students. We can help guide you through general assistance as well as answer any questions you may have.Â
Bus Pass
For full-time undergraduate students, your Western One card has the tap option for riding London transit. For some exceptions, we can assist you with having access to a bus pass.
Curbside Pickup
USC InfoSource provides curb-side pickup for pre-paid merchandise and prizes for all USC Affliated Groups and to Non USC Affilated Groups. We hold items for a two-week period and students simply need to show their student card to pick up their item.Â
Club Services
With over 200 USC ratified clubs, we offer support for club signing officers. Cheque pickup, reimbursement and deposit drop-offs, locker rentals, and general ledger information.
Poster Patrol
Advertise your event on 25 monitored poster boards in the UCC. Reach out to students who stop in the heavy-traffic areas.
Event Ticket Sales
We are excited to have events on campus! We’ll be having tickets for your event or campus events available for purchase.
UCC Mail
Canada Post mail for all UCC building occupants is delivered to the USC InfoSource and we sort through the items for distribution. Your operation can pick up mail during hours of operation and we will let you know when a large item is here for pickup.Â

The Purple Store - Campus Gear Custom Merchandise
Owned and operated by the University Students’ Council, we are more than just your average vendor. We have worked with countless groups on and off Western University campus to help create custom concepts that suit their styles. The options are endless. We have created relationships with a number of suppliers to ensure we can provide you with the best quality products that fit your budget.
UCC Locker Rentals
Available in two sizes, locker rentals are a great way to store you belongings on campus in the UCC.
