Stephan Titizian is the USC’s Vice President External Affairs. In this role, he works to maintain and build relationships with the community and government in order to best represent students’ concerns to decision makers at the municipal, provincial, and federal level. The VPEA also collaborates with stakeholders to elevate student priorities, and promotes student civic engagement in the community in order to make their advocacy efforts more effective.
