Ethnocultural Programming Committee:
Thank you for expressing interest in joining the Ethnocultural Support Services (ESS) Executive Team! We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about advocacy, culture, diversity, inclusion, and race!
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are willing and available to commit approximately 2-4 hours per week to meetings, events, planning, and other related activities. The time commitment may vary depending on the amount of work required each week.

Are communicative, collaborative, and empathetic, with a willingness to listen and work effectively with others.
Have an interest in advancing cultural and ethnic advocacy, promoting cultural awareness, and contributing to conversations surrounding issues and experiences faced by diverse ethnocultural communities. Previous experience with advocacy-focused organizations is not required. A strong passion for making a difference is what matters most!
