Wellness Weekender
A wellness-centred morning encouraging rest, mindfulness, and community care for members of the Black Student Association at Western University.
The event will feature a morning yoga class led by a Black instructor, a guided meditation/ reflection, and a light soul-food–inspired brunch or pastries shared in community.
This experience will open Black History Month with grounding, reflection, and collective care.
