The UCC booth will be used to promote the upcoming Spring Festival Gala Show, which has already been accepted by USC and will be taking place on January 31st. At the booth, our team will provide event information, showcase promotional materials, and engage with students to introduce the cultural significance and highlights of the show. We will also facilitate on-site ticket sales and answer any questions regarding the event, aiming to increase awareness and attendance across campus.
Also, I want to request the booth to be used on every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 4:20pm for the following three weeks until January 31st. The location can be any place at the Atrium.
Meanwhile, we want to request the posting of event posters on the posting boards within the UCC tunnel.
