Mock Trial

A mock trial is taking place where students can step into a real courtroom-style experience and work through a criminal case from start to finish. Participants will review the facts, evidence, and key legal issues, then choose different sides and roles (or strategic actions) to see how the case could unfold depending on the approach taken. Crown lawyers will also be there to guide the process, offer insight into how criminal matters are handled in practice, and answer questions along the way.
