WYC Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Formal meeting for the start of the year where members come together to review the past year’s activities, provide information about the club, make important decisions, and plan for the future. Serve as a way to ensure accountability, transparency, and member involvement in the club’s direction.
- Welcome & Opening
- The President opens the meeting.
- The agenda and purpose of the meeting are explained.
- Introduce members of the executive team
- Discussion of upcoming projects, goals, and events for the next year.
- Open floor for members to raise issues, ask questions, or suggest improvements.
- End meeting, followed by socializing or networking.
