Student Engagement First Year Rep Program:
The First-Year Representative Program connects the USC directly with Western’s first-year student community through a network of student representatives. First-Year Representatives serve as a voice for their peers, sharing feedback, perspectives, and ideas about the first-year experience while helping students learn about USC events, services, resources, and opportunities to get involved.
Through regular meetings with the Student Engagement team and peer-to-peer outreach within their communities, First-Year Representatives will help identify barriers to student involvement, strengthen connections between first-year students and the USC, and contribute to programming that better reflects the interests and needs of first-year students.
