Club Merchandise

This year, we would like to offer our members the opportunity to purchase club merchandise with our logo embroidered on the chest and the option to add their last name or position to the sleeve. I have contacted Mike at Purple Ink, and I have received quotes for all hoodie options (sent via email).

After club week and our annual general meeting, Croatia Club would like to send an order form to members via email. Members will be paying for their own hoodie and will have to pay USC Croatian Club directly, but our club will pay Purple Ink the total sum. Budget sheet based on an estimate of 15 orders, most expensive option.

If possible, I would like to give our club’s alumni who just graduated the past year the option to purchase these hoodie. This idea was started last year, but did not progress beyond an interest form.

Order forms will be sent on September 24th, 2025. Due by October 1st, 2025. This will give members ample time to decide which hoodie they would like and to pay the USC. May I please be advised on how we should proceed for payment? 

An excel spreadsheet will be shared to Mike with the order information. The approximate manufacturer time is 2 weeks. Once received, hoodies will be distributed accordingly.

We would also like to request to purchase 1 hoodie to use as a give away or prize in a future event this year or club week next year. Since the hoodies would be manufactured now, all at once, it is easier to make this purchase now. (This hoodie would be purchased by the club, and for club purposes).
