Grants & Recognition Committee:
The Grants & Recognition Committee is a body that oversees the distribution of monetary grants to student groups and recognition awards to individual students. Committee Members will work collaboratively with the Grants & Recognition Coordinator and the Vice-President Student Services to facilitate the Grants Program, presiding over its disbursement to clubs and other student groups.

Deliberation Committee Member (6-8):
Review applications for grant applications and student award applications, actively engage in weekly committee meetings moderated by the Grants and Recognition Coordinator, presenting reasonings to collectively reach a decision on grant applications and student award applications, upholds strict standards of impartiality, equity, and procedural integrity to ensure student funds are allocated responsibly and transparently, assist with planning and execution of the annual student award gala, assist with creation and implementation of promotional material to promote the grant fund or student events.
