Do you need a Bounce account to view events?
No, but you will need an account to purchase tickets.
I bought multiple tickets. How do I share them?
If you purchased multiple tickets, you have the option to transfer one or multiple tickets with other users on Bounce. Tickets are still valid if they are not transferred or claimed.

Can I get a refund?
Use the “Request Refund” button by viewing your ticket. Note that some events may have a strict "No Refunds" policy. Please keep in mind that the Bounce platform does not support refunds after the event begins.
How do I know my payment is secure?
Bounce uses Stripe, a multi-billion dollar financial services company, to process all payments on the platform. Stripe is PCI compliant and uses AES-256 encryption – which is industry standard for the payments industry. All encryption and decryption of information is managed by Stripe. Bounce does not store any payment data on its servers.
I am a Club Executive. How do I create a Bounce Organization page?
All ratified Clubs are already set up with accounts on Bounce. Reach out to the Clubs Team for support.
