PROGRAM INFORMATION:

University Students Council of Western University is seeking undergraduate students to join TeamUSC; a group of students who work directly with the USC to support and engage with USC programming. TeamUSC’s goal is to connect the student body with the USC and support year-round programming that directly engages Western’s students with campus. On TeamUSC you will join an incredible team of diverse student leaders around campus who work under the Orientation and Programming portfolio. Being on TeamUSC you will also gain access to USC events and be involved in the creation of Team USC programming. On TeamUSC you will also get the opportunity to play a role in one of the largest student governments in Canada. Being on TeamUSC you’ll get access to special perks of USC such as notice and tickets to events, merch, and more!

On TeamUSC we are looking for dedicated and engaged students who are passionate about supporting students at Western through programming, events and initiatives.

Positions Available:

TeamUSC Ambassadors

If successful in application you will be notified for an interview held in early October.

 

If successful, upon hiring, portfolios within TeamUSC will be established. For TeamUSC this year we have the portfolios of Programming, Graphics, Communications and Engagement.

  • Programming
    Directly engages with USC events through being in supporting roles at the events and engaging in the programming
  • Graphics
    Works to create engaging marketing for USC’s social medias such as Instagram. Experience in graphic creation is an asset.
  • Communications
    Includes the organization of TeamUSC includes outreach, bookings and structure of the ambassador team
  • Engagement
    Large focus on students and connecting with them through initiatives to meet their needs and wants for USC and Western. Examples included; student surveys, pop ups around campus (similar to USC Goose Talk but for USC.
