Faculty Soph LST (Head Soph/PA)
The Faculty LST is responsible for providing a robust academic and social transition with their Faculty Soph Team, Affiliated Faculty Council, and Undergraduate Affairs/Dean’s Office for new students during Orientation Week and throughout the academic year. The Faculty LST will work closely with Orientation Staff to fulfill their duties and help support other general Orientation initiatives.
O-Crew LST
OCrew LST are responsible for leading a team of OCrew members in running USC events during OWeek. Like the other LST positions, OCrew LST will be expected to attend LST training and support their OCrew members in NWeek training, and act as the direct supports for their team throughout OWeek. OCrew LST and OCrew will not have their own first years assigned, but will have a lot of interaction with first year students throughout the week as they are leading the events.
***Please note that you must be dutifully enrolled as an undergraduate student registered at Western University for the 2024/25 & 2025/26 academic year. Also, previous experience with Orientation is preferred, but not required to apply for this position.***
