The USC is seeking interested undergraduate students to fill roles on various Club support bodies.

Clubs Governance Board

The role of the Clubs Governance Board is to govern the Clubs Community on campus by enforcing and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure fairness in the clubs’ culture.

This board creates a community that supports leadership development among students and welcomes the wide range of interests within the Clubs Community. This body also oversees the ratification process, selecting new clubs to join the Clubs Community each year.

A CGB member shall not hold a USC-recognized executive position on any USC ratified club; specifically the positions of President, VP Events, VP Communications, or VP Finance.

Successful applicants will be invited to present a 1 minute speech to Council on September 30th outlining their interest and experience. This will be followed by a vote selecting the board.

Clubs Policy Review Committee

The role of the Clubs Governance Board is to govern the Clubs Community on campus by enforcing and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure fairness in the clubs’ culture.
This board creates a community that supports leadership development among students and welcomes the wide range of interests within the Clubs Community. This body also oversees the ratification process, selecting new clubs to join the Clubs Community each year.

The Clubs Policy Review Committee is a group that reviews existing club policies and drafts new club policies when necessary. Students involved will also aid in the communication of club policy changes to clubs. This group of students will maintain updated records of official club policy documents and changes.

Clubs Support Committee

The Clubs Support Committee is the body of the Clubs Community that supports collaboration among student organizations and seeks to enhance communication between student organizations and the USC. The committee is responsible for organizing community-wide initiatives such as workshops for the benefit of club executives and members. The group also works to recognize and highlight the events and accomplishments of the Clubs Community.

Clubs Finance Committee

The Clubs Finance Committee is responsible for supporting clubs in maintaining a strong financial position. Committee members will work to audit clubs, share resources for financial literacy, and providing ongoing support to club executives with budgeting. Students involved will plan workshops and develop resources to meet these goals.

A Clubs Finance Committee Member shall not be an executive member of any USC Club.
