Training Facilitators (2)

  • Provide Ally Training presentations throughout the year
  • Keeps up to date with changes in Ally Training and their feedback, assisting with re-evaluation of the presentation as needed
  • Attend potential meetings with campus partners about improving the Ally Training program

 

Social Media Executive

  • Regularly post and monitor social media posts on Ally Western’s platforms; includes educational, informative, and current events posts
  • Keep those following the platforms up to date on Ally Western’s activities
  • Develop a social media plan for the year that will enable Ally Western to have maximum reach across social media
  • Work alongside Graphics Executive to: create a cohesive agenda, collaborate on campaigns and posts throughout the year, and help determine strategy for educational social media campaigns

 

Graphics Executive

  • Experience with Photoshop or similar image editing software is required
  • Experience with video editing software is preferred
  • Responsible for the creation of graphics and videos that will allow Ally Western to have maximum reach across social media
  • Work alongside Social Media Executive to: create a cohesive agenda, collaborate on campaigns and posts throughout the year, and help determine strategy for educational social media campaigns

 

Finance Executive

  • Manage Ally Western’s finances throughout the 2018/2019 year
  • Work with the Ally Western Co-ordinator on a budget for the 2018/2019 year and plan feasible events within the budget
  • In the event of a collaboration, coordinate with other financial executives on a budget for the planned collaboration

 

Advocacy Executive

  • Conduct surveys that will assist in determining what topics students want Ally Western to address
  • Research current information in order to maintain the accuracy of our training and campaigns (including social media posts)
  • Work closely with the Ally Western Co-ordinator and the Training Facilitators to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of Ally Training
  • Research community organizations able to assist in our mission

 

Internal Outreach

  • Facilitate and plan booths and educational events held by Ally Western
  • Manage and process training feedback and possible consultations
