Chief Returning Coordinator
The Chief Returning Coordinator is responsible for the smooth governance of each of the Senate/Board of Governors elections and the USC elections in the fall and winter terms respectfully. In conjunction with the Elections Committee of which he is a member, he operates the elections according to the rules and regulations laid out in USC By-Law #2, the Election Procedure Code.

Hello,
I am inquiring about running for an undergraduate senate position. I was under the impressions that all nominations are due on Jan. 30th. However, on the nomination form indicates that for “Undergraduate ‘Academic”‘, were due yesterday. Is this correct, did I miss the nominations?

Yes, sorry. Nominations were due on January 26th. The Senate / BOG elections are managed by Western’s University Secretariat. Details on those elections can be found on their site at http://www.uwo.ca/univsec/senate/elections.html
