Charity Ball Set to Support Women’s Rural Resource Center

As an established and well-respected event in our community, Charity Ball received over 100 applications in the summer from various charitable organizations. The nature and depth of the support the Center provides to local women made them an excellent choice for this year’s event.
Charity Ball is on Saturday, January 26th at 9:00pm at the London Convention Centre. Tickets are available for $45 each online, at the Purple Store, our at the Charity Ball booth in the Atrium. Check out the Facebook page for the event for more details and access to the Lookbook.

Women are underrepresented in the highest forms of elected leadership, including student politics.“It can be hard to imagine yourself in a political position of influence when you can’t see anyone that looks like you in those positions today.
