The USC’s advocacy efforts are a foundational pillar of our organization’s function. Through the Vice-President’s team, students lobby to the University, the City of London, the provincial government and the federal government to implement changes that will benefit student experience both inside and outside the classroom. Our policy process works to identify the USC’s positions on certain issues, which is then followed up by writing reports and submissions to the University or government, lobbying, or running advocacy campaigns to drive change.
